Help Downtown Bloom

With spring in the air a pair of Historic Milwaukie Neighborhood residents are planning a Downtown cleanup on Saturday, April 19th from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers are asked to meet at City Hall.

Val Hubbard and Dion Sheppard are hoping residents will come out to pick up litter, tend to the flowers in the corner bulb-outs, and plant some new flowers.

Over the last couple of years Val and Dion have dedicated countless hours beautifying Downtown’s common areas and work parties like this one aim to get more people involved with improving the City’s core.
