Citizen Committee and Staff Release Town Center RFP for the Next Downtown Development Project

Placing emphasis on the need to carefully consider downtown parking and building height, the nine citizens of the Milwaukie Town Center Committee put the final touches on the Request For Proposals for the Milwaukie Town Center Project at its Nov. 29th meeting. Staff incorporated those changes and released the RFP on Dec. 7th. Click here to view the RFP. 

The RFP is the formal document prospective developers will respond to when submitting proposals for the mixed-use project on the former Texaco lot across from City Hall. Citizens will have an opportunity to review submitted proposals and offer written comment at an Open House to be held in February.
