![]()
Join us this weekend for Milwaukie Riverfest! The festival will run Friday the 21st from 6:00pm to midnight, Saturday the 22nd from 9:00am to midnight, and Sunday the 23rd from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
This year's festival features carnival rides and a climbing wall at the Portland Waldorf School, food vendors and arts and craft booths along several Downtown streets, and an expanded Farmer's Market open Saturday from 10:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:30am to 2:00pm across from City Hall at Main Street and Harrison.
Live entertainment and a beer garden will be located at the former Texaco lot across from City Hall. Live music will start in the afternoon on both Saturday and Sunday and go into the evening. No admission is charged to get into the beer garden or live music area. (See below for the entertainment schedule.)
The fireworks spectacular will be held Saturday night at 10:00pm at the riverfront. A suggested donation of $3.00 to help offset firework costs and 3 cans of food to benefit the Annie Ross House are requested. Donations will be collected at the riverfront boat ramp entrance.
The Sternwheeler Rose will take trips from the Milwaukie riverfront Sunday at 2:00pm and 3:00pm. Sternwheeler Rose rides are 45 minutes and cost is $10.00 for adults/$6.00 for children or $30.00 for a family. Tickets for the Sternwheeler Rose will be sold on site. Shane St. Claire will also have his sailboat on the Riverfront Saturday and Sunday and will provide rides. Tickets are $10.00 and will be sold on site.
As in years past, the parade will be held on Saturday at 10:00am and this year's theme is "Red, White, and Blue." The parade floats will stage at the ESD building on Lake Road and the parade will travel down Lake Road through downtown on Main Street and will end at the Odd Fellows parking lot.
