The Advisory Committee was an engaged and active group who advised and guided City of Milwaukie staff during the course of this project. The committee met six times between January and August 2007.

The Advisory Committee was comprised of members of the public and community, agency, and technical stakeholders. Advisory Committee members made a commitment to: (1) do their best to attend all Advisory Committee meetings, and (2) bring their knowledge and expertise to the subject at hand while keeping the larger community's interests in mind. They were charged with the following tasks:

• Attend Advisory Committee meetings 
• Review documents (e.g. draft TSP chapters) 
• Discuss policy issues and resolve conflicts 
• Make policy recommendations to the City and its consultants
