Overview
Board or commission vacancies are filled by appointment of the mayor with the consent of council. Appointments are made for terms not to exceed four years and will expire the last day of March unless mandated otherwise by state statute. All board members or commissioners shall serve without compensation. For a detailed description of the City's boards, commission and committees, please refer to the City's Municipal code, Title 2, Administration and Personnel.

If you are interested in serving on the Centennial Ad-Hoc Committee and a vacancy is announced, download an official application (in Microsoft Word or PDF format), complete it and submit it to our City Recorder's office.
